Refund policy

At Dot Zee, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Due to hygiene and personal care standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used products.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

To request a replacement or refund, email  us with your order number and issue details. Approved claims will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Dot Zee.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
